Introduction
Desinged for Extreme adventure lovers, the program will give participants an opportunity to climb a Island peak (6,189m) before running at the World’s Highest Marathon, Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon. With minimum or no experience,participant can climb a peak above 6000m through the program. Be advised that any sort of physical activity above 4000m makes a greater demand on the body than at lower elevations and it can be arduous even for fit runners.

May 12
Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to Event Hotel.
May 13
Morning Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Preparation day for the trek.
May 14
Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding 2,640 m

Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m
Distance: 15km approximately
Time: 5 hrs.
May 16
Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion.
May 17
Trek to Thyangboche 3,867 m
Distance: 6km approx.
Time: 5hrs.

Trek to Dingboche 4,260 m

Rest and Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
